FAQ
How do you ensure the quality of your auto parts?
Quality is the cornerstone of our business. All our products are manufactured in facilities certified under ISO/IATF 16949 standards, ensuring they meet or exceed Original Equipment (OE) specifications. We conduct a rigorous 100% factory inspection process, including material analysis, dimensional precision checks, and performance durability testing (such as salt spray and fatigue tests). By controlling the entire supply chain from raw materials to final packaging, we provide a reliable warranty period, giving international distributors and their customers total peace of mind regarding product longevity and road safety.
How can I be sure the parts will fit my specific vehicle?
To guarantee 100% fitment, we primarily utilize OEM Part Numbers and cross-reference them with industry-standard databases. When placing an order, we recommend providing the vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), engine code, or specific year/make/model details. Our technical team then verifies these against our precision-engineered blueprints. We also provide detailed 2D/3D technical drawings and specification sheets upon request. This meticulous verification process eliminates the risk of returns and ensures that our suspension, engine, or sensor components integrate seamlessly with the target vehicle’s systems.
What is your policy on samples and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)?
We understand that verifying quality is essential before committing to bulk purchases. Therefore, we offer a flexible sample policy where clients can request specific items for laboratory or road testing. Regarding MOQ, we strive to support both established wholesalers and growing retailers. While MOQ varies by product category—for instance, smaller sensors may have higher requirements than large engine components—we often offer “mixed-load” container options. This allows you to combine various SKUs (like water pumps, belts, and control arms) into a single shipment to optimize your inventory turnover and reduce shipping costs.
How do you handle packaging for long-distance international shipping?
Export logistics require robust protection to prevent damage during sea or air transit. We offer three tiers of packaging: Brand Packaging (our own high-end design), Neutral Packaging (plain white/brown boxes), and Customized Private Labeling (OEM) for clients building their own brands. All products are first secured in moisture-proof polybags, then placed in reinforced inner boxes, and finally packed into heavy-duty corrugated “Master Cartons.” For bulk orders, we use fumigated pallets with edge protectors and stretch-wrap to ensure the goods remain stable and pristine from our warehouse to your door.
What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect part?
We stand behind every product we ship with a comprehensive Warranty & Claims Policy. In the rare event of a quality discrepancy or shipping error, we request that you provide photos or videos of the issue along with the batch number. Once verified by our QC department, we offer immediate solutions, which may include a full refund for the affected items or free replacements included in your next shipment. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships, so we prioritize rapid response times and fair resolutions to ensure your business operations are never disrupted by technical hurdles.
